2) I Draw Slow – Redhills (Pinecastle) …. An absolutely beautiful blend of old-time/Appalachian arrangements behind well-crafted lyrics and melodies. Hard to believe they’re from Ireland, but if you listen carefully (or if you have the ears of my 5-year-old), you can pick up on Louise Holden’s subtle lilt (“Hesitation Waltz” has a grand “One-two-tree”.)
